We install a cognitive entity — not a feature.
Every engagement is a funded, evidence-generating application of our research into one or more of an organization’s ecosystem relationships. We qualify opportunities before choosing a delivery path, and we don’t take on work that would fork or dilute the reusable research behind it.
Start a conversationFrom definition to managed evolution
Define
Problem, buyer, intended use, and deployment architecture, scoped and priced as its own phase.
Design, build, or configure
Applications, AI, data, workflows, integrations, and evaluation instrumentation.
Deploy & enable
Environment, security and privacy implementation, release, training, and operational handover.
Operate & evolve
Managed evolution, support, and analytics, plus licensing or usage economics where a platform like Unisia is involved.
Six ways to engage the entity
Cognitive Entity Charter
Discovery and definition: naming the entity’s mission, decision rights, behavioral boundaries, and which ecosystem surfaces are in scope. Always a priced, standalone phase.
Internal Coordination Deployment
Standing up the entity inside the organization first — team coordination, collective memory, structured observation. The lowest-risk starting point.
Relationship-Facing Deployment
Extending the entity to clients and customers — service delivery, status, co-creation, expert-guided support.
Ecosystem Coordination Deployment
Bounded, human-supervised coordination with suppliers and alliance partners across organizational boundaries.
Machine-Counterpart Interoperability
Agent-to-agent coordination with a counterparty’s own AI, built on open, vendor-neutral protocols rather than a closed platform.
Adoption & Managed Evolution
Ongoing tuning and support as ecosystem relationships evolve.
Governance, trust, and evidence run through everything
Audit trails, escalation paths, jurisdictional review, and documentation are not an add-on phase — they’re threaded through every engagement type above, consistent with the research discipline this work is built on.
We qualify opportunities the way we qualify research questions
We take on funded work with a named, accountable owner, a credible buying path, and a problem specific enough to solve — not open-ended AI exploration. If any of that isn’t in place yet, we’re glad to have the conversation, but we won’t allocate delivery capacity until it is.
